As if Brooklyn wasn’t already the hipster capital of the world, the NY residents can celebrate yet another Ale House opening in the hood. This one, however, seems to be one created for the true love and passion beer snobs will enjoy.
Hops Hill will be celebrating their Grand Opening tomorrow, July 30th, 2014, at their location smack-dab in the middle of Brooklyn at 6PM. Check out the press release from founder ‘Joe.,” below.
Dear Friends and Family,
After 5 months of building and preparation, Hops Hill is now ready to launch. It was a not easy, but we made it that far with the hard work and support of friends and family.
I don’t know where to start. The search for a location started a year ago and finally we luckily ended in Clinton Hill, a charming place in the heart of Brooklyn.
Hops Hill was created from my love and passion for beer, I wanted a Bar like no other where beer lovers could call home.
Please join us on Wednesday the 30th at 886 Fulton Street, for a toast and an unusual rare beer line up, and not to forget an hourly raffle of some rare bottles.
(Cantillon, Westvleteren XII, Three Floyds Dark Lord and more…)

From the looks of it, Hops Hill will have a pretty stacked selection of craft beer including Dog Fish Head Burton Baton, Unibroue La Fin Du Monde, and Hoppin Frog Doris The Destroyer just to name a few.
